Shipping
All products are made either to order or in small batch. Some products will be in stock and able to be shipped asap. Other items will be made to order and could take up to 4 to 6 weeks to be available for shipping. We will work to make these items shipped out as quick as possible. Please understand each item is handcrafted with care and quality in mind and this can take some time. We will email you with a tracking number as soon as the item has shipped
Returns
If you are not happy with the product and want to return it you can within 14 days of it being received. The item must be in original condition and not damaged to be accepted as a return. Please email info@redroadleatherworks.com before any return and we will provide a confirmation on the return. No returns will be accepted without this confirmation.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect the item for damages then issue a refund to the original form of payment.
